Ingredients:
Beef eye of round roast
JPs Que Caliente touch of heat seasoning
Bun (We used a pretzel bun)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbs JPs Que Savor the Classics seasoning
Optional:
White onion
Directions:
- Seasoning beef with Caliente touch of Heat
- Prepare smoker to 225 degrees
- Cook beef until internal temp of 120-130 degrees is reached
- In a small container mix mayo and savor the classics
- Once the meat is done let it rest for 10-15 mins
- Cut the white onion into thin slices and place on the side
- Slice the beef into thin slices
- Add mayo to the bun and place the desired amount of meat onto bun topping it with the thinly sliced onion.
