Prepare the smoker by preheating it to 250-300 degree
If your beef ribs have the cap still attached, use a small knife to remove it, but leave the membrane on the bones intact.
Season the ribs liberally with savor the classic
Once the smoker is ready cook for 4-8 hrs or until you reach an internal temp of around 205 degrees
- Once done, remove from the smoker and wrap the ribs. Let them rest for 45-60 mins before serving.
