Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs JPs Que Caliente touch of heat
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and Caliente touch of heat in a large bowl. Mix well to combine. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Coat a baking sheet with n spray and place the meatballs evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Place meatballs in a crockpot with your favorite JPs Que bbq sauce and keep warm.
